Jur\u00eddico dos Instrumentos de Gest\u00e3o Territorial (RJIGT), aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 80\/2015, de 14 de maio<\/strong>, na sua reda\u00e7\u00e3o atual, foi deliberado na reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria p\u00fablica realizada a\u00a0<strong>21 de mar\u00e7o de 2022,<\/strong>\u00a0por unanimidade, aprovar a proposta de delimita\u00e7\u00e3o por iniciativa do propriet\u00e1rio do pr\u00e9dio, da\u00a0<strong>Unidade de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o 01 na Unidade Operativa de Planeamento e Gest\u00e3o n.\u00ba 05 \u2013 Coutada Velha.<\/strong><\/p><p>Nos termos do<strong>\u00a0n.\u00ba 4 do artigo 148.\u00ba e do n.\u00ba 2 do artigo 89.\u00ba,<\/strong>\u00a0ambos do referido diploma legal \u00e9 estabelecido um prazo de\u00a0<strong>25 (vinte e cinco) dias, para o per\u00edodo de discuss\u00e3o p\u00fablica,<\/strong>\u00a0a iniciar cinco dias ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do aviso na\u00a0<strong>2.\u00aa s\u00e9rie do Di\u00e1rio da Rep\u00fablica (de 20 de outubro a 24 de novembro de 2023).<\/strong><\/p><p>A proposta, a planta cadastral dos limites f\u00edsicos da \u00e1rea a sujeitar a interven\u00e7\u00e3o urban\u00edstica e outra documenta\u00e7\u00e3o considerada relevante, estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para consulta na p\u00e1gina da Internet (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cm-benavente.pt\/\">http:\/\/www.cm-benavente.pt<\/a>) ou na\u00a0<strong>Divis\u00e3o Municipal de Obras Particulares, Planeamento Urban\u00edstico, Desenvolvimento e Ambiente (DMOPPUDA),<\/strong>\u00a0durante as horas normais de expediente, em que qualquer sugest\u00e3o, informa\u00e7\u00e3o ou observa\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser apresentada por escrito at\u00e9 ao termo do referido per\u00edodo, dirigidas ao\u00a0<strong>Presidente da
