De registar a grande ades\u00e3o ao workshop, muito din\u00e2mico, onde foi cozinhado ao vivo uma bolonhesa \u00e0 Italiana de lentilhas com esparguete.<\/p><p>Os participantes colocaram v\u00e1rias quest\u00f5es, que foram prontamente respondidas pela nutricionista da\u00a0<strong>C\u00e2mara Municipal, Rute Espanhol<\/strong>\u00a0e pela representante e formadora da\u00a0<strong>Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetariana Portuguesa.<\/strong><\/p><p>Esta iniciativa integra-se no projeto de remodela\u00e7\u00e3o dos refeit\u00f3rios escolares do Munic\u00edpio, com um novo conceito mais apelativo, uma maior variedade nas refei\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas, mais saud\u00e1veis e equilibradas. O objetivo \u00e9 \u00a0cativar os alunos a tomarem as suas refei\u00e7\u00f5es nos refeit\u00f3rios escolares, incutindo ideias mais pr\u00f3ximas do ambiente, da sustentabilidade e da sa\u00fade.<\/p><p>O projeto piloto est\u00e1 a ser desenvolvido na<strong>\u00a0Escola Duarte Lopes<\/strong>\u00a0e os resultados s\u00e3o fant\u00e1sticos.<\/p><p>Ficam alguns momentos deste
