P.,<\/strong>\u00a0vai realizar o\u00a0<strong>XVI Recenseamento Geral da Popula\u00e7\u00e3o e VI Recenseamento Geral da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; CENSOS 2021<\/strong>, a maior opera\u00e7\u00e3o estat\u00edstica nacional, realizada pelo\u00a0<strong>INE<\/strong>. Os Censos v\u00e3o &#8220;contar&#8221; todos os cidad\u00e3os e fam\u00edlias residentes no territ\u00f3rio nacional, bem como todos os alojamentos e edif\u00edcios destinados \u00e0 habita\u00e7\u00e3o. De modo a garantir a qualidade da execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos\u00a0<strong>Censos<\/strong>\u00a0e acautelar os riscos para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, recenseadores e demais estrutura de recolha que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o comporta no atual contexto epidemiol\u00f3gico o\u00a0<strong>INE<\/strong>\u00a0definiu um\u00a0<strong>Plano de Conting\u00eancia<\/strong>.<\/p><p>O\u00a0<strong>Plano de Conting\u00eancia para os Censos 2021<\/strong>\u00a0inclui, entre outras medidas, a observa\u00e7\u00e3o de um rigoroso protocolo de seguran\u00e7a de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica ao abrigo das regras emanadas pelas autoridades de sa\u00fade, uma estrat\u00e9gia que refor\u00e7a a op\u00e7\u00e3o pela recolha de informa\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da internet e o apoio \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s de uma linha telef\u00f3nica, com possibilidade da resposta telef\u00f3nica dirigida essencialmente a grupos da popula\u00e7\u00e3o com maior dificuldade na resposta pela Internet ou impedidos de contacto presencial, nomeadamente por raz\u00f5es de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica.<\/p><p>A dimens\u00e3o desta opera\u00e7\u00e3o estat\u00edstica implica o recrutamento de cerca de\u00a0<strong>11000 Recenseadores<\/strong>\u00a0dispersos por todo o Pa\u00eds, em regime de\u00a0<strong>Contrato de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Para mais
